Does any one know how to create a second user id on ebay -- I tried registering one and it says I am already registered?? Thanks??

You need to have a different (separate)
email address to start a 2nd User ID account on eBay.

You can register for additional ID's, but each one needs their own email address. You can even use the same CC to register.
