Did you really go to the ARS in July? How was it? A poster here recently told us of her unpleasant Milwaukee trip to the ARS.

BTW: can I SAY anything in the auction about their opinion??

I don't see any reason why you couldn't mention the ARS appraisal in your auction description.
The Milwaukee poster said they had to wait all day for their appraisal and the appraisers were getting testy and mean by that time. But it was a 'come one, come all' situation and there were hordes of people.

OK, here's what I've come up with:
"THIS IS WHAT I KNOW ABOUT THIS PRINT: It was purchased here in JACKSONVILLE, FL, sometime during the 1970s (see original price tag below). On JULY 12, 2003, the then-owner of this print presented it during a production of "ARS" in SAVANNAH, GA. Was advised by their expert that this print is a "1969 Robert Indiana lithograph, valued at $300.00." This is ALL I know about this print. It is UN-SIGNED & UN-NUMBERED."
