I have a bidder that actually paid (after ebay suspended them and I agreed to remove the NPB, but danged if I can find where that link is... Any help?

At the bottom you will find it.

"Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal to remove the warning for the bidder."

Did this guy only pay because you filed the NPB and FVF? If so, don't reverse it. Once a deadbeat, always a deadbeat. Make him/her open a new account and start over fresh.

Thanks all, Found it, There were some extenuating circumstances with this buyer (or at least whe can give a great sob story) so I don't have a problem reversing this one.
