I need to ask something. If I want to ship an item insured, or signature required, can I ship to a PO Box? DC only confirm it has reached the PO Box, and not the person themselves, right? Can they still claim they never got it, if I follow thru with this?

If you ship SR they will have to go to the desk to pick up.
