I have tried under 3 different browsers to log into paypal. It says cannot connect to remote server under one and connection with server cannot be established under another. Is anyone else unable to log in?

Ebay is showing that a buyer paid with paypal, but I never got an email about that. Apparently ebay is giving the buyers wrong email addys to pay with and the money is going elsewhere. This is the third auction this week that this has happened. Ebay is giving a different paypal email then what I put in as default. I was trying to log into paypal and turn it off so it wouldn't mess up more auctions. I see lots of red in my future, but I'm not mailing something without receiving the money first.
