O.K. I have about 20 auctions scheduled to list from Vendio in the next 2 days. I have just found out there is a a penny gallery for those 2 days. Can anyone tell me is there is a quicker way to edit than I am doing. I click on the scheduled auction, cancel the shedule, and then go back and edit, it takes a long time!

I just learned this a couple of days ago.

From PENDING,

Put a check in each of the auctions you wish to Unschedule, and then click on the Cancel Button.

This will mass unschedule them.

Edit your auctions.

Put check marks beside the items you wish to list again and click on the Resubmit button.

You can only pick one "point in time" for all of the auctions (the group you chose) to re-list, so choose the groups you wish to list at particular times, and check them together.

Does that make sense?

This should save some time!

I can't fine a cancel button, only one that says delete, and it won't do that. Where is the cancel button please?

Under Sales Manager, Pending Listings, there is no Cancel Button on your screen?

On mine it is at the left side of the delete button.

Editing is what takes so long. I do not beive there is a quicker way on line. It is much faster if you do it off line through SMBE. Please go to one of the Vendio boards and gripe about this. I have been complaining about it for some time and nothing has been done. If everyone complains they might do something. Now that SMBE is no longer getting the new features this is a very big deal. I am still using SMBE for this reason.

I expect one day soon I will wake up and they will say you can no longer use SMBE.

The cancel button does not help you edit faster.

All it does is allow you to unschedule pending auctions in bulk.

Before I learned this trick, if I had 10 auctions pending over the next week, and I discovered I needed to make a change in the listing, I had to go into each pending auction and unschedule.

Now I go to "Pending" and check the box next to each Scheduled auction and hit cancel, and it unschedules them.

Amber, you click "Pending" on the side panel first and then you will see the cancel button above all your pending auction list.
