Just wondering how everyone is enjoying the new "paperless" system at UPS. Incase your local hub hasnt changed over yet, everything is now done at a computer terminal, then you print yourself an address label right there and proceed to the counter. At first I thaught it was a pain in the ass but now I like it...I have however seen a few people boil over not wanting to take 10 seconds to learn it and walk right out!

Haven't been to a UPS counter in years - we do all of ours in house - it is great - have the UPS program in our own computers, and a daily pick up - It is too far, too time consuming, too many heavy items, AND there is hardly room for 4 people inside the little UPS office in the next town, and if you have lots of packages you can hardly get in the door, and during the holidays, you can't get in the door.....so glad we went to a daily pickup, but I realize that isn't practical for everyone.

Since UPS started tacking on $3.00 extra to ship to a residential address,I don't use them, most things I ship are cheaper using USPS.
