Thank you all for taking the time to address my concern. I went to the post office this morning and was happy to find that Global Express Mail to Norway is indeed insurable. Something must have erred on the Post Office web site. It cost $29.00 to mail it but well worth it because it can be tracked and insured, Thanks again!
