because not all people live near a Sams Club ?

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Is that auction legal? That is only a delivery charge and if buyers never read descriptions they surely will be shocked when they win an auction for delivery only...

Don't need to live near a Sam's Club. Can order the same generators from Northern Tool & they will have it delivered....

I might be slow but I just visited www.samsclub.com and it said shipping included on every generator that I pulled up.

"You must pay Sam's Club by your own means(example credit card) release the generator to us and pay us the shipping costs and the $100.00 service fee."

what a gimmick!

I checked their past auctions, and none of them are for their, "service".

I wouldn't be surprised if someone fell for this though.

It's obvious that this guy is trying to get business from people who live in disaster areas (like from hurricane Isabel) where things like generators are impossible to find in stores.

I admire his ingenuity. Of course, by the time the thing is delivered, it's likely not needed any more.
