Ebay must have done a revamp of their search feature! For the last two weeks I am getting bids just minutes after listing items. It used to take hours before things would show up in search.

I am not getting bids as of yet but a lot of hits. Maybe the auctions are getting into their system faster. That would be a plus.

The indexing time is down to a few minutes now. That's why ebay decided to go with one day auction durations.

Unfortunately, I only have a couple of bids out of 60 listings, but I noticed it last week and then again this one so It has to be an improvement along the way somewhere.
At least we know 1 day auctions would have a chance. Wonder if they are going to start charging more for 7 day listings soon, now that they have three other alternatives?

I noticed that too. I put a few musical instruments on eBay and within 15 minutes or so, I had bids! They must be making more improvements - this time for the better.
