In case you have not billed or bought anything lately using the ebay invoicing system, it has changed and for the better.
As an example I invoiced a buyer and found they has not paid for three other lots. I checked my records and that was correct so I invoiced for all Four lots and blocked buyer until he/she pays. Much better system.

Not to be mean but yes you are out of the loop.
I did private invoice's for years but found that I was making as many errors as Ebay or more. (I could not collate buyers).
At last it seems Ebay is doing that for us sellers. I just think that when Ebay try's to do something RIGHT someone should say so, Lord knows we all trash Ebay when they mess up (more often than not)
