I made an inventory item offline in sales manager pro, but it would not sync with the online program. did I do something wrong?

Can you only create an inventory item online?

After you create an inventory online, can you then launch it on ebay and the storefront?? [ as long as you have more than 1 item?]

Thanks for info you can give!
