Is anybody using the Vendio Customer Manager? If so how is it working? Does it save you much time? Maybe I am missing something, but it looked like it was solving a problem I was not having.

I can access emails from any computer, and I can click a button to see all emails and transactions from a particular email address. So if someone sends me a message I can see what transactions this person has done with me, and any correspondence.
It has ways to have "CANNNED" messages, so if there is a particular response you give to people with certain questions, you do not have to type it out each time.
The best part is being able to go from computer to computer and have all your emails right there.
I miss being able to search the entire message text for particular words like I could with Eudora Pro.
Probably if I was able to forward the emails through one of my domain accounts, and save it and forward it, I could have it stored for searching and also benefit from the web based and integrated manager. I think that can be done, so will have to look in to it.
