I haven't used the feedback tool, but to access it...
go to "sales manager" - on the left side you will see "post sale management" - click on that then you will see "feedback"...
hope this helps

Vendio does not yet have an auto feedback feature.
I've been using a desktop application for this for about the last month, and it's worked perfectly as long I keep the setting to check only the last 50 feedbacks (this is the default).
www.merlinsoftware.com/instantfeedback
It costs $10 (1 time fee), I think someone has a similar utility for free but I don't have any info.
Since Vendio checks step 9 when feedback is left by buyer, I know I can check off steps 7 and 8 --- it's a time saver.

The WBN can be automatic if you want it and you can set up to synch with PayPal to track payments received but there is no automatic FB in Vendio YET. I personally prefer to leave FB when I ship (I KNOW - most people insist that FB should not be left until buyer leaves FB but I don't agree).
I have my own personal automatic FB system - LOL - I email my list to my daughter away at college and she does it for spending $ ( she marks off step 3 & 5 "paid" and "shipped", sends out "received payment and item shipped notice" (you can customize this notice so I combine)- this checks off step 6, and gives FB (step 7) in the VD post-sale system. I don't worry about step 8 or step 9.
