Both Andale and Auctionworks have great reporting. Most of the others offer very little in the way of financial analysis.
I've tried them all at one time or another. Here is my opinion on the biggies:
AUCTION FEATURES:
------------------
Vendio - Easiest to use by far, but limited for the advanced user. Offline listing is a big plus.
Auctionworks - Most complex, but fullest features. Reports and Inventory management are strong points.
Sparedollar - STILL bare-bones, but the best bargain out there for LOW VOLUME sellers. Yes Tomwii, I still call it bare-bones!
Channeladvisor - Cheapest for those with large sales, but difficult to deal with a regular inventory or selling on multiple sites.
Andale - Never tried them, just OUTRAGEOUS prices. But they do offer some great services.
SAPRO - Nice if you can get it to work WHEN you want it work. Expensive if you use all the extra eBay feature. It's very buggy, flakey- not supported as well as it used to be.
AuctionTamer & Other offline listers. Tamer is the best of the bunch, but I'm not really partial to these. I prefer the online variant.
Storefront Features:
--------------------
Vendio - Gets indexed into Froogle, which is good and you can use the offline lister.
AuctionWorks - I like the look of the stores better, and they are free.
eBay Store - A nice way to get add-on sales so long as you still run regular auctions. Not much good on its own.
None of these are a replacement for a good website however.
I hope this post doesn't get deleted like my last comparison review. My own top choices are Vendio and Auctionworks, depending on what I'm doing and what I'm selling, I use both.
Vendio is better for one-offs and Auctionworks is better for regular restockable inventory.
