Just thought I'd share a little funny story.
Customer contants me and says 2 items were damaged upon arrival. I called UPS filed a claim and emailed the customer saying that they would do an inspection or contact and then I'd ship two new items in a couple days.
The customer emails back and changes the story that only 1 item was broken

I would not be too quick to ship new items. people try to pull these scams all the time. they have already changed their story...make sure you tell them to hold on to all packing material and the items for at least 5 business days. if UPS sends someone out, they won't pay the claim unless they see it all.

Ah yes, definately instructed them to hold it for 5 bus days for inspection. I think this is why their tune changed.

Have contacted and filed an insurance claim with UPS. UPS insurance Investigators will arrive at the address listed within 5 days. Thanks for your purchase.
