Go to My Account. Click Download report. Save as Comma Separated Value File. Save the file in a location where you will be able to find it. Then you can open this in Excel and save as an xls file.
After looking at other management systems, no one system offered everything I need, so I use my own spreadsheets.
Good Luck.

crowder - I didn't know it was possible to download from Vendio to Excel...
I use Excel also for my spreadsheets, and up to now I have been copy-and-pasting (which is somewhat time-consuming with formatting).
local - could you please be more specific as to where the download feature is? I would love to be able to that also, as I am sure others here would as well...
thank you!

Look at the top Vendio Tabs. Just to the left of the Community TAB, is My Account. 1. Click My Account
2. Click Online Statements
3. Click Download this statement (Or select the month of the statement you want).
4. A File Download Window displays. Would you like to open or save this file. Select Save.
5. Save it in a folder so you will be able to find it later. Ex. Vendio or Ebay.
6. By default, the file name is "AW_Statement_Current" and file type is Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File. Click Save.
7. Launch Excel.
8. Select File Open in Excel. Find the folder where the file is saved.
9. Change the File Type from (Microsoft Excel - Defualt setting) to "All Files" and find your file "AW_Statement_Current".
10. Open your file. You will need to do some formatting of the columns.
11. Unfortunately, this does NOT give you all of the information that you need. You will see all of your items listed with the dates & ebay number. You will see your listing fee & final value fee. You will not see your selling price.
