Vendio needs to give us a way to see Payments coming in to our PayPal account that they were unable to provide a matching item for in Post Sale.
Of course this could be an option, but should be available.
I would also include Pending E-check payments, as they never show up as paid in an auction either.
The PayPal payments that can not match to an item, may be something that can not be totally fixed. I had a guy get my email address and only put the item number in the notes. Unless I go into each PayPal payment and look, I would not have known he paid for his item.
If I had a list of payments that did not match, I could have had easily found what the "non-matching" payment was for.
Anyone else think this would help them?
I posted this in the Vendio Sales Manager community section also. If anyone has other ideas about this problem, or thinks this is a partial solution they would like, please let them know in the Vendio Section.
