Why are there so many sheep following the Judas "Goat" to slaughter ? Vendio gets the $$$$$$$$$$ Why not let them buy a phone and answer it????????
All the defense for Vendio sounds like "Bull Doo Doo" to me; with no real solutions offered!

If you check Vendio does not charge a lot for their services. There is a section below (see URL below) where you can go into and ask questions and your answer will appear in just a short while. You can even go to the round table and bash the Republicans. If you post a question in the EBay Board Vendio does not read or answer any vendio questions in here. This is a great discussion board and there are quite a few knowledgeable posters that can answer your questions. I am sure there is a phone number somewhere but if Vendio posted it then they would have to hire a bunch of people intelligent enough to answer dumb questions and then your fees would go up. Why not just list through eBay and forget Vendio maybe that would be easier for you.

Why don't you post your Vendio questions in the "Vendio Services" section? If you've ever followed this board, it's mostly other members helping one another. However, Vendio will jump in at any time and answer your questions as well. But when you start your subject line out as "Bull Doo Doo" or simply "Vendio", do you really expect to get a good answer from Vendio service staff? They've always assisted me and usually quite quickly when I ask a serious question with an appropriate subject line.
Secondly, if you don't like Vendio's service, don't use them. Simple as that.

I have learned lots of stuff through the Vendio BB system. I read most of the messages to gain lots of in-site into the wonderful world of on-line auctions. The people who post on these boards are serious sellers. We have lots of concerns about the industry. We are aggressive and want to make it in the new world of using the Internet and only by being educated can we make it happen for all of us. This is lots easier than yard sales or packing all your S__t into your pick-up and taking it to a local swap meet.
If we can't help you, then try using the Customer Support e-mail link. They are very interested in serving the customers of their Vendio site.
If all that doesn't work, I suggest you leave and use Yahoo.... you might be happier there.

I am glad they don't have a phone number to call.
Email works just as good and it doesn't cost money. If they did have it setup to use phones, it would cost a lot of money which would mean higher fees. (and probably not very good email customer support)

Sanmar...You don't need to give out the number. If a person can't read the instructions for using the various site functions, or comprehend the postings by customer service + administration + engineering in the services forum, they sure as hell won't understand what the person at the other end of the line is talking about when they call for help. Keep the number under your hat and save them the price of a long distance call.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
