I cannot believe this has happened.

I'm using the free trial of Selling Manager Pro, right? So I go in to edit a pending auction (change the start date to a couple days later). I finish that and return to the Pending Listings section, where there are 134 auctions waiting to fire off between now and November 18.

It says I have no auction listings pending.

I sign out and sign back in. Still nothing.

I return to the original MyeBay tab. Nothing.

Log in on a different computer. They're gone.

No WAY can I recreate all that work.

Oh sure, I'll fire off an angry missile at Customer Support. And NOTHING will be done.

Think I'll go into the Live Chat. There must be someone awake in India at this hour.

All my auctions have disappeared as well. Something obviously has taken a crap at eBay. I'm sure it will all return.

I just noticed something else. My Idiot eBay also says I have no Items I'm Selling, no Items I've Sold and no Unsold Items, as well as no Pending Items.

Hopefully it's just an My Idiot eBay outage.

Hi Marc,

Nice to know I'm not alone at this ungodly hour. I was scurrying around trying to get things done before we head out to Livermore to the Ham Radio Swap Meet. (Don't laugh, I often find some great deals on packaging supplies.)

I'll chill, which ought to be easy since it's about 60 degrees in here right now.

Can't get into eBay (I'm in Central New York State.) I have an item I have been watching for three days that is about to end. Grrr!! Thank goodness I decided not to list anything this week and I feel so bad for Fluffy and others in the same situation. eBay just loves to do this on a Sunday, one of the busiest days.

Mine were there at 7:15 AM CDT but are gone now at 8:30. I bet they will be back up and running right by the afternoon if not sooner. In the meantime ya might as well not worry because it just gets your blood pressure up and doesn't change anything at eBay. If you have auctions ending right now that will be hard however.

You can still get into the auctions to bid or whatever though, which is a good thing.

working..at least for now..here!

If something is screwed up at eBay today, I am going to be madder than a wet hen! The auctions expiring today are the same ones that didn't get into search for 14++ hours last week! Bids have been few and far between on these all week and I had high hopes that at least today when they would finally be at the "top" I would get some action!

Strange thing is that about half of the sellers I have bookmarked still show all their auctions. These are within the same category that I sell in. Some there and some are all gone.

What can you expect from these clowns (FeePay)!

Let me make a suggestion that works.
Copy all auction #s from VENDIO.
Any that don't show up within 2 hours.
Send an email to Ebay, through your account link.
Ask for listing refund.
They will oblige.
It's a pain, but we should get what we pay for.

***Resolved: SYI/Bidder and Seller Search***
Date: 11/02/03 Time: 07:00:59 AM PST

These issues have been fixed, and all features are working correctly.

Ebay says it resolved. Ebay is full of baloney.
As usual 2 hours to acknowledge the problem and 2 minutes to say it's resolved

Aw Fluffy, and I was going to ask you how you liked using the Sales Mgr. Pro because I remembered that thread where I "tried" to explain it to you.
(where i said its "like a spreadsheet?"..lol)

I got very used to posting my sales records there (and dont have that many per wk.) Find its great to record when paid, when shipped, how paid if mo, check, pp, etc. They even let you post your NPB's with a little symbol thingie so you can remember to file the FVF.

This is a switch. Normally I am the one with "My Ebay" trouble. i have working on it off and on since 320am this morning with no problems. It hung a few times but I think the problem was my computer. It needs serious work.

>>My auctions have disappeared also. But i look up other sellers that i know and their auctions are still showing up.

This happened to me the other day - all of the "My Ebay" data disappeared, including bidding and selling. It resolved when I signed out and signed in again.

I don't understand. Whu are people's auctions disappearing? What are you all using to post them?

usually I am the one with the problems and so far this time I have been ok. The only thing I use to post auctions is ebay itself.

I think the auctions were just disappearing from the My Ebay section. That problem has been ongoing for a long, long time.

It comes & goes. This morning mine disappeared & reappeared a couple of times. I didn't get too worried, though--I checked, & even when the listings in "My eBay" had disappeared, they still came up when I did a search.

Oh yeah, mine are back. I guess I needed that reminder of how much eBay can control my efforts, though.

I'm stepping up the selling through other channels: other sites and direct sales, sure, but also live auctions, which is an area I've neglected for some years.
