here's a copy/paste: Read and Weep!
Interested Parties...
I buy a lot of items on eBay. What I EXPECT from any seller is fairness and kindness. If you choose to leave me negative or unfavorable feedback, it's a given, I will most certainly respond in kind.
My Feedback
I stand astonished at the amount of poor sellers on eBay. How anyone can sell you a bad product and become outraged because you refuse to eat the cost of their bad product is absurd. I will not allow anyone to step on me or sell me a product that is not what I bided for.
Be Advised
If you sell me an item that is not authentic, broken, damaged in some fashion and not disclosed in your auction, I WILL comment on it. However, I will first contact you and let you know my dissatisfaction. I am not a mean person, as some eBayer's are and it brings me no pleasure to leave unfavorable feedback for any trade partner.

I see nothing wrong with this buyer's expectations. I would be more than happy to deal with her, just as long as she could have a money order in my mailbox within 12 hours of auction end.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
