How can a seller be "unregistered user" and have auctions running??

Chances are they are behind in their payment.
Once they make payment they'll be on their way again.
Under some cases like this Ebay will let running auctions end.

Thanks,

Didn't understand how it could happen.

This is a power seller with almost 2000 auctions currently running. Ebay stands to loose too much by shutting down that many auctions and refunding all listing fees. They're probably just putting on the pressure to get them to bring their account up to date.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

It could be because of all the negs and neutrals this seller has received lately. too bad they are private

Nah, if eBay was going to NARU someone for bad feedback, they'd have to start with me.

paloma; negs will not get you NARU'd. Only NPB or some illegal activity or failure to pay your eBay bill will get you suspended.
