I have an old Sunbeam iron that I need to know the age of. It is model no. S-2, is 5 1/2" long, ha a detachable cord, and is housed in a small metal box that folds open. The cord is covered with brown & tan cloth, the plug is round. Here are a couple of pictures:
Can anyone here help? I've emailed Irons.com, but haven't received an answer yet.

Hello, I had 2 similar irons a few weeks ago did even get a 10 dollar bid on them. Maybe I didn't list them right who knows. Yours looks better than mine. Good Luck.
