From 07:40 to 07:50 PST, the ability to use Search By Bidder and By Seller, as well as list items with Sell Your Item, were intermittently available. eBay has resolved this issue, and we appreciate your patience.

Yup, more problems. And now we cannot list anything in porcelain and pottery, and when I try to initiate NPB on a bidder, I'm referred to My Ebay. Duhhhh.
