I just purchased an item with BIN and it is showing as Payment pending in My Ebay.

The explanation says either the echeck has not cleared (didn't do that, used funds in Paypal account), or the seller has not accepted payment.

If there is a confirmed address why would the seller have the option to accept the payment?

It always shows paid as soon as I have finished the transaction so was just wondering why this one is different.

Do you think that maybe the seller doesn't accept PP?

If it's pending, it is probably waiting for the seller to approve or sign up for the credit card approval contract.

Sometimes there are PP logos and the seller doesn't accept credit card payments.
I hope that is not the case.

seller has a personal account,to accept cred card payment,she has to upgrade to business or premier account.
you said you use paypal fund,so she should have no problem but there is an option seller can turn on to say she wants to review each payment before she accepts.

It still shows pending on My Ebay, but seller sent me an email saying it would be shipped tomorrow.

I think it was just a glitch of some kind. Seller only accepted Paypal, and I didn't use a CC when I paid, just used a balance I had from payments I received today.

Guess it is just one of Ebays mysterious hiccups.
