Here's the help you need to report invalid email, even if there's a block, it's up to the buyer to be reachable!
Go to MY EBAY page...assuming you have one.
Scroll down the page to TRUST & SAFETY.
CLICK
Then, it will pull up a yellow popup box...scroll down to CONTACT, blah, blah,...click INVALID EMAIL.

oops, forgot something;
You need the ID, item number (that helps) and a copy/paste of the properties of the email that bounced.
You may have to report it several times...depends on who reads it whether they do anything or not.
They usually give the ID a few days to respond.
If not, they narc them till they FIX it.

Thanks! This person bought two items from me and even the reminder NBP through ebay bounced. Guess they weren't too concerned because the account is still active, but maybe I can speed it up.

Liveinjeans: I wrote down your directions and believe it or not there is NO "trust & safety" link anywhere on My Ebay page. I went to the site map in frustration, went to Trust & Safety, and there was no "contact" link, let alone an "invalid e-mail" link. I've searched for about 15 minutes this afternoon on various Ebay spots and no luck.
If you have a few minutes and could send me a link here to the "invalid e-mail" site, I'll bookmark that and won't have to be a bother about this anymore. Soooooo frustrating.
