OK, I have taken all of your suggestions and made many changes. I want to thank everyone for your help...your suggestions have meant a lot to me! I truly appreciate them all!

1. Auction titles are in small caps unless I want to stress a brand, condition or quality.

2. The "I combine shipping" tag is gone! Thanks wgm & sarniaflower! Even tho I state this in my auctions, you wouldn't believe how many emails I was getting asking if I combined shipping. When I put the tag in....emails stopped.

3. The first sentence in my contact info section has been changed. Thanks cherishedclutter & sarniaflower!

4. The link to "see more clothing in your size" has been fixed. It used to work before and I was not aware of the fact that it stopped working. Thanks cherishedclutter for bring that to my attention!

5. alldings, Thanks to you I have a new return policy...and *whispering* do I really sound that unfriendly? If you only knew! My customer’s satisfaction is my #1 priority. Check out my return policy and tell me what you think.
Auction # 2870516964

6. fluffythewondercat, *pulling hair out of head* Lighting for my pics has always been a problem for me. Unless I have good weather outside to take pics in, I get blurry shots inside. And sometimes even outside pics get the "blurs". I use a Mavica digital camera and am currently "test driving" a new photo editing software....maybe I can find some solutions with this software.

7. stopwhining, Yes, women do buy used office clothes. I have 1,030 feedback to testify to that fact. And yes, women do try on used clothes and then return them for various reasons.

I hope I have covered everyone here that offered suggestions & advice. If I have missed anyone, I’m terribly sorry but just know that ALL of your suggestions have been taken into consideration....did I say THANKS yet??!! *Laughing* Sales have increase also in the last few days so I am feeling better about selling again...must have been a slow period there for a while! I appreciate you all and am glad you were all here to offer suggestions!

Do you have a Sony digital that has the
floppy disk?....If so you need to reprogram your camera to the books specifications of settings..... Even if it's not a Sony, check all the settings and also the focus setting.. That may be your problem..

Mine was making blury photos and I checked all the settings and reset..No more problems.

Shamoy: I have Adobe Photo Deluxe 4.0, and there's a setting for "instant fix." Try that with some of your blurry pictures, if you have that option.

Glad to help out. All I did was share things I've read on these pages. Your ads look great and with over 1000 PFB's your customer service is terrific. Try different colored backgrounds for your indoor pics, use lt blue or lt green. do you use a tripod? If not give it shot. The camera is in a fixed position and you can just move stuff in and out the frame. most fuzzy shots are due to the camera being slightly out of focus or the camera moves when we press the shutter, a tripod can help prevent both.
