I mail all of my packages by priority mail with delivery confirmation. Will this program be good for me? How is the postage paid for and what other costs are involved? Anything else that you can tell me about it would be appreciated.

I think it's a super program!

I use it to print shipping labels with DC, then take my packages to the PO for postage. When it is scanned, you get the discount - Priority DC is free and all other methods are .13.

It downloads quickly and is very user friendly. I give it two thumbs up

By the way, I was looking at Endicia and Stamps.com earlier, but I absolutely refuse to spend money to do the PO's job...not in this lifetime

Thanks wgm, I have downloaded it, took it for a test drive, like it....now I'm wondering where do you get your labels from? Also, please be sure to read the "To everyone who helped me" post.

This is one of the best parts about the Shipping Assistant...you use plain paper.

I use clear packaging tape to tape the label on, then staple the upper receipt-part to my buyer's payment.

Good luck with it!

Yes, you get a copy too. I've been using this program for maybe 18 months now, It is great. Just got an email from someone claiming they did not get a package sent late September. I looked through my receipts, typed in the DC number, and what do you know, package delivered. I used to just refund on these because I could not prove anything, now I tell them it is between them and their delivery person...

ahc3,
I just recently had one of those too. Woman emailed me demanding to know when I was gonna mail her package. I snapped a pic of the DC with the date stamped on it proving I mailed her package the same day she made payment. I also tracked the DC# and it had been delivered 2 days after I mailed it. I pasted the tracking info in the email, along with the DC pic and told her to check with her postal carrier. She emailed back, alot nicer this time, and told me thanks...she will follow up with the carrier. It's always nice to keep your butt covered! Haven't heard from her since!
