Buyers "forgetting" shipping cost??????

Use Paypal and then write you to say they have paid, when will I ship??

Shipping cost show on ALL invoices!
Sometimes I do think some do it deliberately!

Follow Dads advice. Just hit the refund button then email them and tell them to send the full amount. I have not had that problem, yet, but when I do that is what I will do.

I did refund the amount.
Doesn't happen often, but sometimes I think they hope you will overlook non payment of shipping...lol!!

I turned off the P/P invoice because of that problem. I now use the eBay invoice & I can add in the S&H costs. Is working great for me. I sent one last night, had an answer today. Sending MO from FL. The nice thing is it shows my home address so I don't have do anything more.

That happen to me the oter day made the excuse that I didn''t have shipping on my vendio checkout. I told them I wouldn't sernd the toy unless I receive the shipping. They paid right away. Then someone tried to send me only the winning bid and i told the shipping had to be included. This hasnt happen until now I hope this isn't the beginning to problems.

I wish that VENDIO would include the shipping amount on checkout, when you fill in the amount before listing, that is.

Or does it? Since I don't see what buyers see, I haven't a clue.

I put on the end of auction notice, to not forget shipping! Some do, some don't.
Guess some think it's free!!

If you list through Vendio it does.
To see it go to your WBN after the auction is over and click edit. there you can read or change if you like on a one time basis.
