It has a 1940's feel to me. I think I'd rule out the 1960's or 1970's. My grandmother had a lot of 60's and 70's kooky things, but nothing quite this kooky. She even had a rooster lamp that if my daughter hadn't have broken the head off I'd be selling. It's so ugly, it's cool. Same thing here. It's so homely, it's cool!
