I have a Microsoft product I want to list on eBay, but I listed it once before and eBay pulled it. That was a couple of years ago. Now I notice people are selling Microsoft. Will it be pulled again?

It completely depends what it is. If you have software that can legally be sold, there is no problem. If you are selling software that came with your computer that is not licensed to be sold, it is against the terms of service of ebay and your auction will likely be pulled. I have had no problems selling legal microsoft software.
