Anyone else having problems with Paypal sending invoices to AOL members? I have had five customers in the past two weeks who keep asking for invoices. I have not only sent invoices weeks ago, but I keep sending reminders. They are just not recieving them. Some of them are regular customers from my website and they are honest in their payments processing.
Any AOL members think they are not getting invoices or other emails they are expecting?

I am having the same problem with the PP automatic WBNs. I contacted PayPal and they said I should send a PayPal invoice. I responded that that would be a problem too..I think AOL spam filters are rejecting notifications from PayPal...in other words, PayPal was NO HELP AT ALL!

Yes. This is a major PITA. And my EOAs aren't getting through the filters either. I've been using the eBay Invoice.

Most likely Paypal has switched this function to a new server and failed to notify AOL. AOL will only let a certain number of emails per day from a single address pass before it is considered a bulk spam mailing. When that threshold is passed, the address becomes blocked. This happens periodically with the Yahoo groups system. I went over a week one time with no email until Yahoo registered their server with AOL and got the block lifted.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
