I've been selling on eBay for years. I have not yet used the eBay stores. I'm wondering, do they really work?
Also, if you do not have normal auction listings can people still find your store? I know the only time I've visited an eBay store was if there was a link to it in the normal auction listing.....

A year ago I would of told you that they are not worth it but now I am getting a good number of sales. Where are they coming from? Maybe Google, but most likely from Ebay Auctions. Other good thing to do mention it everytime you do something online. I mentioned it everywhere.

Thanks for the reply. See I already have a website which I get lots of traffic from the search engines.
so far I just see the eBay stores as nothing other than a place for those without a website to sell items. I do already put my website address in all emails I send to any of my eBay winners....

There are special stores search engines and links, you just have to look for them.
The last ebay report on the number of ebay store listings was six million items but I bet that number is at least eight million now.
There are some great bargains to be found in the stores. All store items are fixed priced so many regular auction sellers place their unsuccessful auction items in their store. If it was a good item that just didn't sell at a low price then it can be a great deal for the right buyer in the store.
