I'm having all kinds of problems with the software 'locking up' as soon as I click the Print button, and the only way I can get anything to move is to kill the program through Task Manager.
Anyone else having this problem today or is it just me?

I am not having the exact problem, but after trying to print, it basically indicates it was not able to connect to Endicia.
I have to try a few times to get it to connect and work.

That is the now the problem I'm having also, at least that gives me an indication the problem is on their end. Thanks!

I'm so glad someone posted this! I was having this problem yesterday too - tried rebooting my computer but it didn't help. Kept giving the error message that it couldn't connect with Endicia and please check your internet connection. I'm on roadrunner and my internet connection was fine. Sometimes after the message it would say do you want to abort since no postage will be printed, and other times it printed postage anyway (hopefully the postage and the dc number will be valid in those cases)
I just would try 2-3 seconds later and it often would be fine then.

I noticed this today also. Very slow repsonse or had to try multiple times. I have seen this before and had not had problems with others sites, so I figured that Endicia needs more hardware.
