Once some pretzel-choker wins yer auction, they CAN leave any FB they want to on ya, unless they become NARU'ed
There's no protection on feeBay against deadbeats, Venusians, & other assorted riff-raff or Republicans!

I believe that all ebay sellers are completely open to negative feedbacks from their buyers unless the buyers are NARU.
Personally I would not send so many emails. If they are going to pay they are going to pay.
In the past I never understood why so many sellers file for the NPB Alerts and Final Refund of FVF at the minimum deadlines but now I do. That's a total of 17 days for the buyer to get the money to the seller and that's more than enough time.

When & if you get the cashiers check, send it back & forge ahead. So the SOB gives you a neg, make a comment in response & forget it. A Neg is not the end of the earth.

what a piece of lousy advice.
i would cash the cashier check and ship the goods.
yes, high bidders can leave any feedback they want, why are you so afraid of NEG?/
on yahoo shopping, they dont even have to buy from you to give you a rating.yahoo is trying to find out how folks like yahoo shopping by letting them rate any shop .

why send the check back? I would contact the buyer to see if they still want it, remove the FVF, and ship the item. Yes, this is an annoying customer, but it isn't like you have to do business with them in the future. Ebay is usually a one time shot...

This is basically the reply that I sent him:
I have sent 3 emails to you and this is the first email I have received from you in regards to this auction. No, I have not received your payment yet. I had no choice but to file for my fees and get ready to
relist this item Please let me know when you sent the payment and your mailing address of where I should send the item once your payment has been received.
