This is an email response I received to 2 negatives left for another deadbeat bidder. She also responded with 2 neutrals. When these auctions closed a few weeks back, she stated that she never bids on auctions in which sales tax is required and that she would take care of it since it was her mistake. A few weeks went bye, I sent a payment reminder and then on Thanksgiving I received the email below:

I am shocked that you would be so insensitive to someone losing a family member. I hope no one in your family ever dies, and you have to help bury them. I thought you would have known by looking at my feedback, and by my business with you before that something was wrong. I have never had to be so personal with an ebay seller, and when I do, what happens, you treat me like trash. I was even trying to collect money to send to you for your inconvenience, but unlike you, I did not leave nasty feedback for the buyers who did not pay me yet. Even though I was not selling much, it was enough for me to offer you a token of good gesture. You should have looked at my feedback and saw that I had not purchased anything since the first of this month; this was a change in routine for me even, just look at my feedback. Thanks for ruining me. And you know what, I will not play tit for tat and give you negative feedback, I will be honest, and write that you were insensitive to a crisis that man cannot control.

Tis the season for what ever they can threw at us
we are all getting them.
No one want to take responsibility for their own actions.

Too bad the hand shake was lost years ago.

don't worry and move on.

Well, at least they were nice enough to leave a neutral (or two) - Personally, I don't find it in my best interest to leave a negative for non payment, just do fvf and move on. I got someone naru'd this week, that was more satisfying than leaving a negative.

The main reason I posted negs on these were that the total for the 2 items was about $150 and the person occasionally sells as well.
