Well after days on this one item - I ended up calling Bidpay or whatever it is now and finally got the 2nd email. Denied.
Good reason to always follow you instincts and, of course, you guys on this board's advise.
I guess now I have to write him and tell him that I won't be completing this transaction or do I need ebay's approval to do this??

Email him and tell him to send cash via registered mail. Don't be surprised if he doesn't respond. He's probably busy trying to scam someone with that stolen credit card he was trying to use on you. Give him 24 hours and then file for npb and fvf and relist. Be sure to block him.


The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Wow, glad we could help. I always come here for the best advise. Sellers helping sellers helping buyers. It's great. I tried the eBay board a couple of times and really got nowhere.
