well this is a bit of a silly question... but how do I apply with ebay for a final value fees credit?
I mean I've gone through the process before, but I usually have to deal with non-paying bidder filing, and then after waiting the required days... I file for a final value fee credit.
in this case, the buyer and i agreed to the refund... I was wondering how can I get the fee back without filing for a non-paying bidder alert.
I'm pretty sure you can do this.. or can you? Because I remember returning some earrings I bought on ebay, and the seller applied for a final value fee credit without filing me for non-paying bidder alert. ebay sent me an email to confirm if both of us did agreed on refunding the sale, and that if thats the case, I dont have to do anything and the fees will be refunded to the seller...
I think I've filed a final value fee credit before without filing the non-paying bidder alert.. this was after some time period, I believe. but in the case above where I got my refund, the seller applied for the credit within 30 days of auction end.
um so I guess I didn't need all these explaination and could have just asked. how do I apply for final value fee without filing non-paying bidder alert?
