I have sold three store items in the past three days and they show as "sold" in "My Ebay" (odd thing is I have to click on "Show all of my items" to see them even though there have been more recent sales.

Two of the items were paid right away through PayPal. When I went to send an invoice on the other one, the listing did not show that the item was sold and is even one of the items that is cross promoted at the bottom of my listings!! (2 days after being sold!). I checked the otehr two paid for items (and shipped this am) and they also show as active!

Anyone else having a similar problem?

Hi Neglus, Friday night I listed some store items, after I launched then I discovered an error in the title. I went in to revise it, and I get a screen that tells me that this can not be revised because there is either less than 12 hours left before auction end, or someone has left a bid during the revision process. Buyers list reads 0, The quantity amount is the exact same that I started the auction with, and of course the auction just started with a good till cancelled listing so we know it can not be less than 12 hours to auction end. I wrote ebay did not here back yet, I tried live help the wait was really waaaay tooooo
looooong.

Glad I'm not the only one! I heard back from eBay PS-CS with some mumbo jumbo not really addressing the question - they told me to "end the auction" early...what about the buyer who hasn't paid? Screwy!

Something similar happened to me once.

I cleared my Internet Browser cache and rebooted.

Everything straightened up.

Could just be coincidence, but worth a try if things are not going right.

I finally got the matter resolved. PS Support told me to "end my listing" and that would make it show as "sold" in my ebay and let me send an invoice. It worked. Guess they had problems with store sales on 12-4, 12-5 and 12-6..may possibly be ongoing...any of you with stores might want to check on this.
Thanks

My "my ebay" reset itself back to 2 days and all of my blocked bidders are GONE!!!

Paloma: Thanks for mentioning the blocked bidder thing. My entire list of blocked bidders--and there were literally hundreds of them--vanished, poof!, gone with the wind a couple of days ago, just like yours.

It never occurred to me to keep a copy on disk. Too bad.

The continuing problems with My eBay...well, they continue. I still get frequent double-scheduling of scheduled items and I don't always catch them in time to fix it.

I thought it the double scheduling was me. OH! I am so glad I am not going nuts. (Or more nuts than I already am)

glad to see you're back, Fluff ole' girl.

Maybe the fact that the store is "broken" has prompted me to get more sales?? Everytime I look at the "sold" section of "my ebay" I get a list of my "sold" auctions and a "view all of my items" at the top of the section. When I click to "view all my items" i see the list including store sales. I then have to "end my auction early" on each one of them (there were 11 this weekend) in order to be able to send an invoice and remove them from active store items!!

Is there an announcement about this on the ebay community page? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Yet PS support knew about the problem yesterday morning, said they were working on it and told me a work around. Lucky I don't have high demand for my store items or I could have ended up selling them more than once!

Thanks for the heads up. My store shows more items than My Ebay does. What a crock! I suppose I'll have to try and figure out what should and should not be there. Hope my memory is in working order.
