the guy is running auctions..
Short version, he won a webcam, he bid it to $69, less shipping, I sent EOA email, he emailed back, said he didn't have the funds, I told him I have to file for FVF then. He said, what will happen, I have 2 already... I didn't reply... did the NPBA, and now its time.....
He WAS able to purchase items on ebay on and after mine closed, for things over $100, PLUS 3 other exact webcams.
He deserves this. But I just looked and he does have auctions running. If this really isn't his third NPB alert... of course he'll neg me.... I know, I know, I should and will file... still feel funny when he has auctions running, if they NARU him, there goes his auctions.
Would anyone else hesitate?

It's not just the third NPB results in an auctomatic suspension it's a third NPB within a six month period results in an automatic suspension. Many ebayrts now know this and can fail to pay on one auction every two months without suspension.

Well, so far he isn't NARU'ed, haven't heard from him... got my credit for the non payment
What exactly happens when you received your FVF's back, I mean does ebay send the non paying bidder anything? I've never been on that end.......thankfully

I have feeling Nothing is said to them from e bay. Giving them a NEG is like tipping them off and then you get nailed. If it really is his 3rd poof! I don't believe there is any 6 months thing. I believe 3,,,anytime and poof! E bay hates!!!! to pay out! Why would they give any lienancy to NON payer who have been filed on and refunds given. .02 cents.

I would NEVER feel bad filing FVF - If they don't pay me, I want as much of my money back as I can get. I did this to someone and it automatically updated them to NARU, so they must have been a deadbeat more then 3 times in 6 months. Ebay should never place a time limit on fvf deadbeats, but if you really think about it, it is in their BEST interest to keep deadbeats around. I think many sellers never bother to file, and ebay gets payment probably twice as it gets relisted. They really aren't looking after your best interest, only theirs...
