You're right--it IS pathetic! Old ex-English teacher that I am, I zeroed in on the fact that this "girlfried" will send a "girft." What is a girft, and how do I get one? Do they eat much? Need to be kenneled when we go out of town? Or, gosh forbid, is it a sex toy? Inquiring minds want to know.

That an ingenious idea! And not just for any "lonleyhearts" out there. There are a lot of people have no desire to be in a relationship but who keep getting bugged about it by friends & relatives who could make use of something like this...
