You made it, Hooray! How do you list over 900 things at once? You have got to have a great system to keep up with it all. Great cards, by the way.

Thanks all! Now that I am done listing for at least a week (LOL i REALLY need that 12-step program!!)I can MAYBE get some Christmas things done.
Pmelcher - those 900 listings are mostly store items now. When I am up and running I try to run about 400 auctions all the time + the store items and that is about all I can physically handle.

Congrats Neglus! Glad you passed another milestone! I just got 3000, myself. It's a good feeling to have that thousand-place digit change! Still a long way to a new star... but we'll get there! Keep up the great work and have a great Holiday Season!

Neglus - you say feedback doesn't mean squat, but as someone who hasn't even hit 100 feedbacks yet, I say 4000 is AWESOME!
Way to go!

Thanks! I still read the feedback and make sure I include the auction # with my shipment to make it easy for buyers to leave FB. My husband, who helps with shipping, wonders why I make the effort of filling out a handwritten note with the check/money order shipments (with PayPal its copy/paste) but I think it helps buyers id their item and it does make leaving feedback easier for them.

Neglus, why do you have to do handwritten invoices for checks and money orders?? Are you using the Vendio system?? If so, just print a packing slip. I even customize mine to say that I will leave feedback after I receive theirs. I ask them to send feedback first to verify they have received the item.
Since I started printing that on my invoices, I am getting about 98% feedback return. And they even seem to be nicer comments.

Tray - I don't use (and NEVER will use) Vendio checkout! I copy & paste auction id info from PayPal for the 75% of my transactions that use PP - for the other 25% I just add the auction id # to a preprinted packing slip by hand - I use a teeny tiny packing slip to keep package weight to exactly 1 oz,saving .23 in additional postage. I thank buyers for their purchase and ask them to leave feedback on my teeny tiny packing slip.
