I want to put auctions in my Vendio pending file in anticipation of an FLD. My problem is, that I have a large family, some of whom are coming here for Christmas, and we are going to various other family members before and after Christmas, so I am not going to have much time at the computer. My question is, if an FLD comes up on a busy day for me, is there a way to set a launch time for all the pending auctions at once, or do I have to go to each one individually to set the launch time?

If the auctions are in Pending and not scheduled, you can either click on "check all", or put a check in the box to the left of the ones you want to launch, then select date, and launch.

I tried doing that, but I get the message "Auction Manager is unable to re-submit one or more selected auctions" when I click on re-submit. I am obviously doing something wrong.

Do you have then already scheduled? If so, you will get that error message. They have to be unscheduled in order to launch...

Yes, they are all unscheduled, just sitting in my pending box.

I keep everything in Inventory, and then schedule it when I need to.

If you get that error message, you should be able to see the reason why the schedule/launch failed. For example, old auctions may be out of the ebay database, or changes to the ebay category structure make the category invalid.

Thanks for the help, I found the reason. For some reason the gallery was clicked, and I never use that, not really useful in my auctions, but because I had not submitted the gallery picture, it was showing an error.
