Lean on yawl again, for your advice.

This one has me way grrrrr.

Shipped an item, of course left positive feedback at buyer's payment (have changed my policy since).

Buyer complains about condition of the item. Which is absolute BS. Wants a "discount", not a complete refund, including S&H, which I offered.

Since I have left feedback at his profile, is there anyway to add a comment? This jerk deserves it.

Still grrrr in NC. LOL

Tam

If you described the condition accurately, you have nothing to fear. So you get a neg, its not the end of the earth. I got one last week saying I was rude & inconsiderate. Why because the idiot didn't answer my emai & I gave her a NPB after 12 days. I relisted the widget & sold it on BIN for more $$.

replaymedia - So right.

When I received the first email from the buyer, I just sensed it was his effort to gain a few bucks, by well, extortion with my feedback profile. Oh, he didn't want a refund, only a discount. If the dang shirt was so bad, why even want to keep it. I offered a full refund including s & h.

But, ya know, since all of that...I have some very nice FB's on top of his.

I suppose there is no way I can annotate the initial positive FB I left when he paid. So be it.

Live and learn. And, I learn, thanks to you.

Tammy
