I am a powerseller and I am trying to login to powersellers site so I can email them with a question. I went to the site map, but cannot find a login page, and, of course, there is no way to contact them.
Anyone know how to do this? (or is being a powerseller just as good as being power-less)
There is a yellow button at the upper right that says member signin and then there is a page that says 24/7 support.
Not, that it helps much. When I asked why the second line of my address (the one with the PMB Box info and necessary) was not showing up on the customer invoice I was simply told "We are aware of that problem and are working on it".
If they are aware of it why have they not told us so we will not use it for sending invoices? I have 65 payments being bounced back to sender because of this. And, when you send an invoice you don't get to see your address portion of the email so I had no clue it was wrong

You can easily log into PowerSellers by clicking on your Feedback number and then on the Power Seller logo next to your name at the top. THat will bring up the PS page and there is a box in yellow on the upper right side for sign in.
Linda - My full address is appearing in my eBay invoices (I just sent a copy to myself to make sure). I use my street address and not a PMB so maybe that's the difference?
