I've lost my link to a site that told what the marks on glassware meant (who the maker was). I have a big bar glass (with drink recipes around it) which has an "F" in a shield. So help me, I can't remember whose mark this was! Fostoria?

Be sure you try each one of those recipes on New Years eve. Then when you list it you can put in the description that the item has been tested and is in perfect operating condition

Superb idea, Sparkz. Do you think I should try all seven recipes?? For a Really Fine Hangover? Yeah, you're just trying to get me drunk.

Does anyone know what to call a tall glass with recipes for drinks printed right on it? I'm wracking my brain. Looked in "barware" but no hints there. If the glass had a lid, I'd call it a shaker. . . .

Roadsmith...I would call it a rookie bartender's best friend And no, I wasn't trying to get you drunk. Just trying to protect you against some bozo accusing you of misreprentation in your description. I've sold a couple of these in the past, but they had lids and I listed them as shakers. I would call it a bartenders mixing glass. The ones I sold actually did quite well. Be sure you get the word Federal in the title. In fact, I would browse the glass category and see if there are any listed there by Federal. I wasn't aware they made barware. It may be a somewhat hard to find piece and you might want to try listing in two catagories.

Thanks, sparkz. Yes, I'll list in two categories with Federal in the title, too. (More often than I'd like, I double-list, alas.) I appreciate your help.

It's a drink shaker that has lost its lid. An incomplete drink shaker.
