I have a tough decision to make and could use some help.
Should I go for this product for $119 with free shipping.

Or this free product with $110 shipping.

Go for the one with free shipping. At least you can't get out bid that way.

I meant to say, with free product. (Too early, brains not on yet)

I would say free product. With the other you are paying the shipping in the product. Won't you save $9.00 with the free product. He is probably trying to figure out which way the product will do the best. You should have a lot of fun playing this.

I can't spell today.

It looks to me like free product is cheaper (unless I misread it). If you don't mind helping the seller avoid fvf go for the free product.

OTOH - if there's a problem, you'd never get your "shipping" money back.

For peace of mind, I'd pay a little more and buy the one with free shipping.

I've done these $1.00 no reserve auctions. With shipping $49.99.....They NEVER read the shipping and then REFUSE to pay. Many times this happens then it's CAT FIGHT CITY! (buyer)I'm gonna turn you into EBAY! Gonna NEG you! Your a rip off!!! Your shipping is waaaaaay out of line. (then why did you buy it? Duh?) Non readers!!!!!!

The ones with high insertion fees were done on FLD.

Problem is if I go for the free product one and it's defective I only get a 1 cent refund.

You could ask him about it.
He might just replace or give a full refund.

Better go with the free shipping. As the other's said who wants a penny refund if anything goes wrong! It is a large item, thus I always feel more chance of damage in transit. Plus that way he pays his fvf like the rest of us.

I'd wouldn't go with either auction from this seller.
We'll see if it's fee avoidance to offer the item at one cent and a high s/h. Ebay makes zero on the FVF.

The one cent auction has been canceled by ebay already. It seemed similar to the seller selling 5 foot grandfather clocks for one cent and a very high s/h and his auctions were also canceled by ebay.
