Guys.
We have emailed support 3-4 times with different inquiries using the standard "Contact Vendio Support" form within the past week, and have received absolutely no responses what so ever. What is going on? We usually receive very prompt responses from Vendio Support. Is anyone else having the same problem? Is this an attempt to try and force us to pay to use the phone support?

Yes, I'm having the same problem, but I sent my request well over a week ago. Never got a reply of any kind.

I contacted them about two weeks ago. I didn't receive a reply in my email, but I did receive the reply in my "customer manager" (and I don't even subscribe to it!) - so you may want to check there for a reply...

Go to your customer manager tab and check your incoming mail. Scroll down and you will see the word incoming and if you don't have mail it will say 0 0. If you have mail from them it will have a number there. A while ago vendio gave us all email addresses so that if there was a message they wanted us to have it would be there.

We are aware that responses arrive in Customer Manager which we actively use. We have received timely responses in Customer Manager in the past. Never had a problem until now. If paying for Phone Support is now required to receive timely support, then so be it. But we would like to hear that from someone at Vendio if that is the case. Would someone from Vendio Support care to comment on this?

Pretty sure they combined SUPPORT with their Pay-Per-Push Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Plan -- 1)FIRST dial... then
2) SECOND bow forward...
Can probably check yer back molars while they be in da neighborhood?
