I have a question regarding relisting items on ebay, and saving money on fees charged by ebay and vendio.

I list about 100 items a week. Of those 100 items, perhaps 25-40 are one of a kind items which are not placed in inventory. the remaining items that I have multiples of are managed in inventory.

The issue I have is figuring out the best way to manage my inventory, and still qualify for relisting refunds from both Vendio and Ebay. If I simply delete the inventoried items from my "Items Not Sold" list and relist them using Inventory, I lose out on refunds for items sold the second time around. Over the course of a year, this could be well over a few hundred bucks.

Anyone have any suggestions on managing relists, while still using inventory and qualifying for refunds? I thought I might just relist every other week, and refresh my inventory list on opposite weeks. Input is greatly appreciated.
