I don't think Vendio is enabled to do it. Right now is a great time to list directly into the UK site since exchange rates are just plain pretty : ) I think it's $1.87 right now. You list directly from the UK site or if you think you are going to make a habit of it you might want to take a look at Works since they do allow for direct listing to the UK site in GBP.

I spent a great deal of time looking around Vendio, and I didn't find anything on ebay.uk either. Free listing day on Thursday!

AuctionWorks.com - Like Vendio but a little better, less involved inventory aspects and a great report system.
